My name is Autumn and I own and operate Sunshine Wellness. I spent 4 years traveling in the nuclear industry before I decided to make a change and move to Wilmington NC, in pursuit of a career in helping others heal. My expertise lies in Therapeutic massage and I specialize in using deep tissue techniques to target and alleviate persistent problem areas. On top of that, I am also certified in manual lymphatic drainage. My goal is to provide you with a transformative and healing experience that not only relieves chronic pain but also enhances your mobility and overall health.
